A clear next step

The story · an imagined buyer

The opportunity begins with a person.

1

Imagine a young business owner whose income is finally growing. For the first time, buying property feels possible. A place to build. Something to hold on to. A step towards the future.

2

They see an Adron property and send an enquiry. But interest is only the beginning. Before they commit, they need to understand the location, the full cost, the payment options and what happens next.

3

Every clear answer can help them move forward. Every unanswered question can leave them uncertain.

This buyer is imagined, to illustrate the journey. It is not a description of any current Adron customer or process.

Now consider the team on the other side.

Each enquiry needs an owner, accurate information and a follow-up. Each inspection needs coordination. At leadership level, customer experience, public communication and internal commitments all need attention. The opportunity is to make these responsibilities easier to manage as Adron reaches its next generation of buyers.

Sales team

Accurate records, named lead owners and dependable follow-through.

Inspections

Coordinated visits and a clear handover to the right staff member.

Founder

Visibility of commitments, priorities and public communication.

Our response

What we propose, and why it matters.

01Sales

What Saggezza will do

Build an AI Sales Office.

Capture enquiries from WhatsApp and the website, qualify buyers, answer from approved estate records, coordinate inspections and track follow-ups. Give each lead a named sales owner and provide a clear handover to staff.

Why it matters to Adron

Give interested buyers a clear next step.

Consistent answers and visible follow-ups can help a buyer progress from an enquiry to an inspection. Managers can see who owns each conversation and where action is still needed.

02Brand management and new market positioning

What Saggezza will do

Position the brand for emerging affluent buyers.

Develop the founder’s professional website and public voice. Manage LinkedIn and one Instagram account, build a five-page founder website, and run one corporate audience campaign to explore how Adron can reach professionals, entrepreneurs and creators beginning to earn well. Full management of Adron’s corporate social channels is not included.

Why it matters to Adron

Help a new audience see where Adron fits.

Someone making their first serious property decision needs to understand the offer and the business behind it. Clear, credible communication can build familiarity before that person is ready to buy.

03Private AI executive assistant

What Saggezza will do

Configure a private executive assistant.

From month 2 to month 6, prepare a weekly executive brief, organise up to four meeting action sets each month, summarise selected documents and maintain a register of commitments for the founder and one nominated aide. Keep executive access and the executive calendar separate from sales information.

Why it matters to Adron

Make priorities and commitments easier to follow.

A meeting is useful when its decisions lead to action. A clear owner, next step and due date give leadership a practical way to review what has moved and what still needs attention.

04Technology delivery · choose one option

What Saggezza will do

Deliver the same services on one agreed technology model.

Adron chooses either Option A, a dedicated installation on Adron’s premises, or Option B, a cloud deployment on approved external infrastructure. The three services, business outputs and Saggezza professional fee are the same under either option.

Why it matters to Adron

Choose the balance of custody, cost and speed that suits Adron.

Option A keeps new pilot core records, local AI and physical backups on Adron-controlled equipment. Option B avoids buying physical server and solar assets, while Adron still controls its business data and accounts. The comparison below sets out both honestly.

Delivery options · choose one

Two ways to deliver. One choice to make.

The services and the Saggezza fee are identical. The options differ in where core data and AI processing live, what Adron buys and how running costs work. The options are alternatives and are never added together.

Selecting an option only changes what this page shows. It is not acceptance, sends nothing and binds no one.

Option A · On-premises

Services and business outputs
Same three services
Saggezza professional fee (6 months)
₦10,350,000

Six-month base project budget
₦22,350,000
Where core data and AI run

Option B · Cloud

Deployment on approved external cloud infrastructure

Where core data and AI run
Approved external infrastructure
Physical server and solar assets
None bought
Ongoing running costs
₦450,000/month allowance within approved limits

No savings or return figures are given: Option A’s running costs are not yet known, so the two budgets are not a full like-for-like cost of ownership.

Option A · On-premises · data handling

  • New pilot core records, local AI processing and physical backups stay on Adron-controlled premises and equipment.
  • Under Option A, core content is not sent to cloud AI or cloud backup services.
  • Equipment is exclusive to Adron and owned by Adron; it is never shared with other Saggezza clients.
  • Existing cloud email and CRM data is not automatically migrated. The approved minimum external WhatsApp, email, calendar and CRM flows are documented in writing.
  • Model quality, hardware (GPU, RAM, storage) and solar battery endurance depend on approved specifications and tests. No figures are promised in advance.

Option B · Cloud · data handling

  • Core data and AI processing run on approved external infrastructure, not on Adron’s premises.
  • Adron controls its business data and accounts; Adron does not buy physical server or solar assets.
  • GPU/model inference, backups, API and WhatsApp quotas and supplier capacity are confirmed in an approved cost schedule before activation.
  • The ₦450,000 monthly allowance covers agreed hosting, domain, SSL and security within approved limits. It does not guarantee unlimited usage.
  • The same minimum external WhatsApp, email, calendar and CRM flows are documented in writing.

External flows under either option

Email
Calendar
CRM

These pass through their providers. Only the approved minimum flows are used, and they are documented in writing. No system can guarantee absolute security, and no certification or standards compliance is claimed.

One-time miscellaneous allowance₦1,500,000

₦4,450,000 is the setup plus the first month only, not the six-month cost. Before taxes, advertising and third-party usage not expressly included.

How procurement funds are handled

  • The professional setup fee and the Option B integration allocation are separate. The same work is never billed twice.
  • The cloud allocation is itemised into distinct licences, vendor charges and deployments before funding; anything already covered by the professional fee is credited or excluded.
  • Procurement funds and allowances are accounted for separately, with invoices and an asset register where applicable.
  • Unused funds are reconciled and refunded or credited. The approved budget is not exceeded without a written change.

Ready when you are.
